The Student Success Team
Murrup Barak delivers a range of culturally safe services and specific programs to Indigenous students. The services and programs cover different aspects of student life including starting university, general wellbeing, community and cultural engagement, financial assistance, academic goals and support, housing services and global mobility. The Murrup Barak student programs are delivered by a team of dedicated Indigenous Student Success Officers who work alongside the Indigenous student body, Academic Divisions and University Services.
The Indigenous Student Success Team is comprised of tertiary educated Indigenous Australians: the Team aims to build long term trusting relationships with students based on cultural connections and mutual accountability.
